There is no "best" language, all languages divide into two categories - those which helps you to solve your task and those which does not. Your obvious optimal choice should be a language from first category.

@Mohit What you mean when you say "good"? There is no languages that will write code instead of you, so you end up writing programs using any language. Only difference is syntax and used libraries. I do not think that big amounts of syntactic sugar makes one language better than others. On professional level this does not make a big difference.
