For beginners what is best to learn in fast:: 1.Django Framework OR 2. Machine Learning?

fast means in short time which is easy to learn among them?

Depends on your background. If you know Python well, Django will be intuitive and easy and you will be pleased you are capable of building impressively effective and interactive websites in no time.

Machine learning requires at least an intermediate level of maths understanding, some statistics, probability, array and matrices manipulation and predictive modelling. If you feel good in this field or you want to pursue this - go for it :)
