Problem with installing Pygame

Question

I'm having a serious problem with installing Pygame on my windows 7 64 bits processor.
I'm using Python 3.4.

I'd be grateful if anyone can put me through or write an outline on how I can get Pygame to run successfully.

PS: I'd appreciate if technical terms can be explained like wheel, pypi because I don't really understand these things.
