Why Do I not get Respected Citizen badge?

Question

I replied to several comments and got 5 and more upvotes. But I did't get Respected Citizen badge.
Did anybody face the same problem?

Unfortunately, only replies to course comments count for that badge.

Give the courses the attention and concentration and the Badge will automstically

With the concentration you give to the courses, the Badge will automatically come to you.
