Why do you want to learn SAS in particular?

Do you have access to any SAS software like Base SAS or Enterprise Guide? The problem with learning SAS is that it isn't an open source programming language that you can just download and use for free; it's actually pretty expensive. That's why it's mainly used by big companies.
If you want to learn something for free you should look into Python or R which are both also good for analytics, but are also open source.

Can you not just create some dummy data and play around with it? Just make an excel spreadsheet an import it into SAS.

No so its a bit difficult to understand each and everything oneself i need data questions and real time scenarios to have a better understanding that i think i dont have
