How do i open code blocks

First you have to download code:: blocks by following these steps:

1. Go to web page: http://www.codeblocks.org/downloads/26
2. Download and install version: codeblocks-16.01mingw-setup.exe
3. Remember when you save, on the name of file to put extension .cpp
