if you really know how to write code, you're a coder. if you really know how to program, you're a programmer. if you really know how to develop, you're a developer. for me programmer and coder are the samething. And a developer, has a greater overall idea and structure of a project.

@GMLol gave a good answer, but I would like to throw my hat in the ring. Keep in mind that people have different opinions on this subject and although I have done a decent amount of research on this topic, many people will disagree. Coding is writing code. Not programs. Many people confuse these or think they are the same, but they aren't. Code is, usually, written in some form of HTML, CSS, Latex, etc. they are markup languages used for displaying images or text on websites. Programming is writing programs. Programs are written in far too many languages to count, but the most popular are C++, C#, C, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Python, sql, etc. These languages are used for writing executable files for PCs. They can also be used as the background logic for websites like JavaScript or PHP. Programs are used to make games, operating systems, software, and pretty much anything that you can install on your computer. Developers are a little different. They can be coders or programmers as long as they are developing a system that will be released to the public. Hope I could help.
