What should i learn for creating coumputer software like Photoshope, Microsoft, Blender?

yes you have to learn programming to build those softwares

First you need to know, this computer softwares are made not just by 1 person, but by a large group. C++/Java are the most common ones when buinding GUI's

Don't aim too high, unless you have sufficient resources and proficiency in gui programming.
