How to learn coding?

Question

So in the sololearn app should I read the text and keep practicing each text and the example code they give us until I understand it etc... will that be the following for all the languages? How did you learn coding and in any way? I am kinda frustrated because I am distracted with my games and it's hard for me to learn because of the distraction and I need motivation.

I know! It may be surprising 4 u, but u shoud all day play video games until games made u disgust.

Bc I played game and playing game so much before....
Then My mom said to me:
Why don't ya make some games?

So it mean that
"if you liked it. Why don't you make for your own one?"
