For android typically it's Java or C/C++ (if performance is the main key).

Why? Because Google recommends it and when Google does something alike you follow it and no questions should be asked 😂

But as the world is evolving very fast there are many other considerations as well like 'ReactJS' or maybe all new in the buzz Ms. 'Kotlin'
