if a and b is single digit and c is integer number containing multiple digit( like thousand, hundred and so on).
all is integer, no float.

a=1, b=3, c=37037

cause b > 0 : c = 111111/b = aaaaaa/b => a = 111111

c = 111111/b
b > 0 and c is integer

b=1,c=111111
Check:
111111 / 1 = 111111
111111 * 1 = 111111

b = 3, c = 37037
Check:
111111 / 3 = 37037
37037*9 = 333333

b = 7, c = 15873
Check:
111111 / 7 = 15873
15873*49 = 777777
