Is there a refactoring tutorial ahead?

Refactoring is used in clean code, which pretty much translates from a procedure into methods and functions. Is there something like this ahead in this tutorial?

I think there will be none. It seems that for now, SoloLearn focuses on teaching programming languages alone.
