Does courses available on Sololearn covers all the aspects of a programming language?

I have been reading a book on HTML4 (not 5...), and comparing the two, the SoloLearn HTML seems to cover the vital basics of HTML and clearly from looking at the comments in each lesson, there are certain things that are not discussed. But, in answer, I believe it teaches enough so that you can do stuff with it.

Sololearn covers just the basics, if you want to dig deeper into your chosen language you have to use other ressources e.g. other websites or books

Of course yes. Here ,these courses are thought provoking so they motivate you to dig deeper. For responsive design, learn bootstrap here: https://v4-alpha.getbootstrap.com/getting-started/introduction/

Alternatively, you can decide to learn HTML,CSS and Javascript until you are able to develop awesome projects with the three. That way,you can comfortably move to Python or Java.
