i see quiz approval takes very long time, moreover most of the quizes are rejected...
what is the process involved here?

I imagine it's something like this:

To many dislikes? Declined.

Lots of likes?
* Does it make sense?
* If I copypaste the code in a compiler does it run as intented?
* Is the answer really the correct answer?

How unique is this code?
* There's already some questions similar to this. Declined.

All goes well, accepted!

I would also assume they start by looking at the oldest, non-reviewed codes so they don't miss any.
