A wrong CSS question

Here's the wrong question:
In CSS, there are 16 basic names for color. Which of the following names does not belong to them?
O cyan
O fuchsia
O aqua
O Olive

We know that there are 140 names acceptable in CSS or HTML. Why it says" 16 basic names "?

Why only 16? What about the others?

by the way the right answer was "olive" but in your link olive one of the 16 colors!
