It is an easy task if you use WebView which view is for the purpose to display web pages. It uses the built-in web browser (or Chrome for example) for rendering. It can also execute JS scripts.

Yes , you can , but even chrome is built on another project chromium , so it definitely won't be an easy thing to do .
