Hackers?

Question

I decided to check the Swift leaderboard and there was this guy with 800XP. Is he a hacker?
Remember that you can currently you can only get XP in Swift by doing the course itself.
Edit: My 200th involved post is this one!

You can get xp from commenting on the course.

If they were hackers they would have done something more apparent. 800 xp isn't ground breaking.
