What to do when I can't understand something properly?

I'm 14 and I love to code . But most of the time , I need a lot of time to understand and sometimes I don't understand . I want to Learn perfectly without any problem. I'm Currently learning HTML and it is a bit complicated for me :'3

Whenever I get stuck I take break, go for a walk, play video games, etc. I tend to find it helps a lot. Sometimes you need to distance yourself from it in order to think clearly.

Practising is the key of learning .

Learning is a slow , long and time consuming process , managing studies and all along with it can be tough , give it little time everyday and won't be that hard .

And for not understanding things you can ask questions whenever you get stuck .
