The easiest programming language to learn is Smalltalk. It virtually has no syntax! It’s a very clean and very simple and very elegant language, much more so than, say, Python or Ruby or JavaScript. Smalltalk was designed for teaching programming to young people. Very few languages can make that claim (eg, BASIC, Logo, and a few others).
