u can simply download it from www.oracle.com
1 reach the website
2 download according to ur system
3 run it
4 open the folder where u have saved it
5 open the bin folder and copy its address
6 now open advance setting in computer and click on env. variable
7 create a new variable in uper block
8 give it a name as PATH
9 paste the address in value
10 save it
