I have started learning java my first language but I wasn't able to Master but when I turned to html CSS JavaScript then it was an ease to learn jaVa

For programming maybe Python..or C++

for web I'm agree with the former answers : html+css+js aren't difficult

Python is one of the easiest one out there... if you have a good idea about c, JavaScript will be a breeze and HTML is also easy
