What compiler is for Web design?
I need a compiler to download on my desktop for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Is there any compilers for that?

Not 'automatically' but you can open it on Google Chrome (Or any browser).
So you would have to open it.
Perhaps go to code playground and copy paste the basic <html> and body tags into notepad. Save it on your desktop with a .html extension then double click the file to open it. If it just opens the code instead of the browser, right click it -> open with -> some browser.
Then you could open the file with textedit, start writing some code, save it, then re-open it with a browser to see the results.

You do not need a compiler for these languages.
You can even use textEdit or Notepad, just open it, write some code, then save it with a .html extension. Voila, you can now open it on a browser.
If you wish to have separate files for stuff like Javascript, you can save it as a .js.
If you want an IDE anyway, you could use something like Netbeans.
PS: Notepad++ is a really good texteditor for this stuff.

Use Brackets it will provide you all the functionality and it's free as well.

So if I write some code in Notepad, it will automatically be on Google when I put a .html extension?
