what type of os is this exactly? which version is easy easy to learn ? advices please where can i download

No no ... do not put Mac OS on a virtual machine, or Linux or Windows are good ..if you're interested in programming, use Windows with a compiler .. Only those who know that language can use Linux ..

Ubuntu Linux is one of the variants of Linux. it's easy to learn You can also google search for Kali Linux, I love both of them though I'm also using other types such as fedora. 😊😊😊

Ubuntu of course. It's easy to use and learn with a bit of practice. But I must admit that you can not learn so on two feet to use Ubuntu. You will have to learn some things before you get used to it. Not to mention Kali ... knowing C ++ or other languages does not help much, you have to learn to use "Linux CMD". In the end Ubuntu and Kali are similar, if not identical, only Kali has preinstalled some programs that allow "to watch what you want to watch" (phrases made to not say other thing, if you know what I mean 😅). In any case you start with Ubuntu and learn to use it for good .. to install a program well it's certainly not the same as Windows ... not even remotely. Get video tutorials from YouTube, pdf or browse websites.

@code Do not worry! In the beginning I also had big problems with Linux! .. starting from installing on a virtual machine haha. There are many tutorials on YouTube as mentioned above, they will help you. ;)

ı dont understand enough abouth bios uefi raid etc. so i ll not waste time for now may be next time virtual machine i tried but there something diffrent thanx for suggestions

i ll not use it for any purpose ı just wonder is taht necessary .. ı do not know any other os only Windows :( :)) there are so many tutorials but i see there they all use mac os or Linux ı wonder why is it better to use ı see some tutorials mac os installing on Windows howw

Don't get to used to the desktop on Ubuntu if that's what you are going with. Remember, they are doing away with Unity and going back to a Gnome desktop for the next build.
