from where can I make a html website on web

I made HTML in notepad,not yet on web..I wanna know how developers send their htmls on web

It depends on which host your using, though most sites now allow for you to use html regardless of if your doing a personal or proffessional website. A couple sites I would suggest are webs.com, godaddy.com, or wix.com

You should search a host... for put your site on the web, you need to have a domain(that will specify the URL of your site too) and a host (a server that will put your website online)
