How to learn directly without playing quiz

Buy a book, read an eBook, read other resources, etc... - there are plenty of ways to go about reading without having to take a quiz. However, like Sami suggested, the quiz is good because it lets you test what you just read immediately so you know if you need to spend more time on it or not.
