why c tutorial isn't available on Solo learn ?

I actually don't think that's the reason. It's the most requested course, I think they'd add it for that alone. I think they have some technical reason they can't put it into code playground. For now, to me, the reason is a mystery.

In short, C is outdated, we have C++ and C#, and C isn't a priority for being added.
