I am try to make some text flash - how do I do this with HTML?

in pc when i use <blink> tag in html code then it work but not they work in sololearn platform why

its no more used.. neither in html nor css.. it was introduced by Microsoft.. and now IE also no longer support it..
your browser might not been updated.. instead of that u can use JavaScript
