Which is most suitable for a beigener to learn 'JAVA' OR 'JAVA SCRIPT' ?

What is your long term goal? If youre wanting to focus on web design, then go with JavaScript. If you're wanting to make web apps / mobile apps / desktop apps, then go with Java.

In the long run, learn both of them. Both are a lot of fun and very useful.
