Should we report comments that directly tell the users to the question at courses?

Whenever I walkthrough a course I see people telling the answers to the questions in the comments. Should we report comments like these?

No. The first time you make a mistake (after installing/initializing the app), SoloLearn app itself tells you to look at the comments section to see the answers....

@Valentin yea but it also says don't giveaway the answer, just hint to the answer
