well both of you look a newbie in java as well as in android app. So first install jdk. And then go to developer.android.com and click on link get android studio download appropriate file which must be around 1 GB of size. then install android studio make sure to select all the options. then your ide and jdk is set. now go to official developer site and take the official tutorial of creating android app. well done
