How can I give result to the student?

I have made multiple choice question paper. To give result like 8 out of 10 correct . Help me!

you cant give them to your students, but if your students goes on your webpage and than he answer the questions, you can give him the instant result with javascript, or if you want him to when he reloads the page the result dont go, you can work wih sessions and cookies
