Can one take a remote screenshot of client system using a web-application??

Question

suppose we have a superuser who can take screenshots of client's system if they are connected to the same web-app?
*also to point out that the screenshot should be the complete desktop rather than only the HTML content*

Not with web... but you could code and install a program to do such thing by direct network communication ^^ (but it require some network skills)

You cannot, without user manually do it... It's a security ^^ (would you want that any web site could spy you, or even get any of your documents stored on your device? @@)
