There is no best language, i highly suggest you try them all and pick your favorite than hear other peoples favorites.

Each language has its own advantages. Java is best for android app development while c# and c++ are better for creating computer games. JavaScript is good at creating web-games (like flash games) and python is good because it is simplistic and you can easily use pygame to make simple games.

I'm not quite as familiar with c# as I am with java, but from what I've heard it works well with game development. Just to clarify, you can make a game in any language, but some languages are better suited to certain types of games.
