We can use some of this linguges for scripting, but for cool game, we need 3D models and game engine.

Well you could make it with C++, C# or Javascript but you'd need a game engine (Like Unity3D).
If you want to develop games I recommend learning C# and following tutorials on how to make games using Unity.

well, yes you could make it with c++ or c#. mixing it with XML, HTML or CSS would not make any sense though.
