Which one is to recommend use notepad++ or sublime better for learner? what's difference and superiority?

Both are text editors.

notepad++ is free whereas for sublime you need a licence.

sublime works on mac and linux but you need some plugins to get the same from notepad++

but the biggest difference I have found is that Sublime has better organized menus but, notepad++'s dialogues are much better.

If you are a beginner(like your name says) then notepad++ is the better option

For beginners, it's better to use notepad++ as Sublime costs 70 dollars per license,while notepad++ is completely free. Sublime has some features that notepad++ doesn't, so if you have the money for it, Sublime is arguably better.
