No, in the end only the score matters, and if you answer as many questions as the opponent, the one that was challenged gets a tie-breaker question that will decide who wins.

In the lessons, no.
In the challenges, yes (as in, if you don't answer fast enough, time runs out and you fails the question).

Probably not as there are tie-breakers, instead of measuring the time in case of 5/5 for both players
