if you want to learn HTML there are so many sources I will tell you the very best sources
a. W3Schools( this website is very important to see )
b. Mozilla Developer Network (MDN)
c. Qoura(for asking to advanced people)
d. Stack Over Flow (same like Quora)
e. Code Academy

@ArtemisAthena456's answer is very helpful, a very good answer. w3schools is good as a reference and also if you'd like to test out a code anywhere else i use codepen first. very helpful! ^_^
