i prefer sublime text

- It have tons of plugins.
- I use FTP connection directly on sublime without using filezilla or other
-Dark theme it is better for eyes instead of white
etc...

but iam sure there is others software like notepad++,dreamweaver,netbeans,eclispe... at final it depends on you what would u like to use, the software wont make you web blow at final it depends on how good youre in coding.

use Netbeans with php/html5 version . its best because its free and also has occassional updates. also when u create a class in the html file, it can autocomplete it when u go to do the css part of it.
