More frameworks every year. That's confusing

Question

We all noticed that. You're studying something. And then booooom. A new language and framework just dropped.. Is it me or..... I really wish if thing were a lil bit more simple. Instead of just creating new ones why they just don't develop the old ones.. Competition is good. But it's going too far.. That's how I see it
