i want to make a site which hold a database probably sql and contains some data how can i create and deploy online website.please i dont know ?? help me out???

download and install Apache server, php and MySQL . for development you won't need a domain name or open port 80 on your router and firewall. you will just be running on localhost. if you want it to be accessed from the web however you will need to open port 80 on your router and allow that port in your firewall. you will also have to get a domain name and direct it to your IP address.
