I need some explanation for the "influencer"and "contributer" in the skills tab , what is the meaning and how to achieve points?

I was confused by this too.

It turns out that "influencer" is about the number of people following you (but I don't remember the ratio of # to %).

"contributor" is about your activity here in the forums. Again, I don't know the details, but just come chat and answer questions and you'll see your rating rise.
