Which is the best language to learn out of these three: C , C++ or C# ?

Answers with a bit of explaination would be appreciated. As I am a beginner i want to know which one of them is easier and which one is the best. I will start working on that. Thank you in advance.

because when you learn enough.

You have the option to add code from C, and C# to your C++ code.

i would say for the most part c++ is better than c. But when considering c++ vs c# it gets a bit more complicated. They are different languages with different benefits and there is no easy answer. I really like the c# syntax and some of the tools that use it such as Unity and Xamarin. But then there is c++, c++ is a wonderful language and is much faster than c#, c++ also is used with many great tools. It honestly just depends on what you are trying to do. I recommend not letting a single person's opinion make your choice and do some research on both of the languages.
