I have completed html, css, JavaScript, php, and sql but i dont have a laptop to apply what i learn pls what do i do?

@Amer Abdulhafiz: sololearn for web development is really bad practice. No phpMyAdmin, cannot write multiple documents, cannot create forms... etc...

I learnt python from beginner to pro with no laptop and used to code on the phone. You can download AIDE Web for your case but it might be hard to use or might not do some things but I have friends who use it and are quite comfy with it.

buy a Chromebook, they are around the same price as your phone. then install Linux on it. since you can post here, I assume you already have internet access.
