there are 2 sides at development...
the coding site and the designing side...
if you want be in the coding site, you have to be versed in programming languages...
if you want to be in the designing part you have to decide if you will make monsters, the map, the storyline or something else...

I don't work with others unless I can see them face to face. many times people would mess up my project structure and write unmaintainable spagetti code that's impossible to maintain and for me to debug.

me and my team think about to use ruby but there are coder in our team who is versed in other languages and the we thought about we will use IDE... we will combine the languages...
and the game will be very big and it have to be good, and that is why i need more coder or designer u know
