Sry, but first step is to close SoloLearn and start learning. SL doesn't cover all the materials for this certificate, and not even more than 5% of it.

2. Study Oracle official textbook for 1z0-808 (about 300 pages). If needed there are also third party textbooks. All of them are in the internet (torrents/emule).
3. Register for the exam and score at least 65%.
