Is C# good for android game development?

Question

I'm currently studying java but i read that you can develop games using c# with unity so i want to know which language is better at developing android games.I'm just new to programming and i don't know much about it,thanks for any response :)

At the moment, Unity is market leader in the game business, especially in mobile gaming. It uses c# or javascript to develop games. It's one of the greatest engines I used so far. When you are really in making mobile games, you should learn c#. Although Java and c# share a lot of similarities, so it won't be hard to switch to the other
