How much time should I spend to practice my coding?

I found myself forgetting some explanations and codes to express the right expression when coding. Sometimes the similarities of different 'looping codes' as well as 'switch expressions' create complexities in my mind. So, I just tried to stick in some lessons in "SoloLearn" and complete them again and again. Most of the times, I am avoiding to practice the next lesson though completing the previous lesson successfully. But obviously It makes me bored. So, is it fair to complete lessons after lessons?

It is actually more important to practice writing codes involving the stuff that you have learned, instead of sticking to the tutorial slides. This is a comprehensive thread on different learning styles which will help you to achieve learning ease. https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/588107/?ref=app

Try as much as you can. But don't make it interfere with your daily life.
