Well, for android, -->Android! Android is pretty much java tho, so learning java is a really good start. You'll want Android studio or something with the same functionality to actually make apps, which you write in "Android", but it's really not that different from java. I made an app a long time ago... So it's hard for me to remember.

Technically, you should learn android. But java is pretty much the same thing. Android studio, basically, is what you can use for application development.
