Loop Confusion

Question

Ugggh.. am I the ony one who couldn't keep track of variables when they enter loops? Especially inside complicated ones like double for loops or those that goes in reverse... its frustrating when I have to create one I always have to write it down but then I also get lost in the process... any tips?
