Whenever I press enter to start a new line, Python executes the print command... Any help?

What code are you trying to write? Print is usually a closing function unless it's, for example in a list, so what else would you be writing underneath it?

you must use a text editer to write your code and save it using .py as extension. Now run it by IDLE and it is done.
